2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. For domestic orders within the Netherlands, shipping starts at 4.95 EUR. For international orders, basic shipping starts at 35.95 EUR. Please note that these prices exclude insurance costs.

3. Domestic and International Shipping Options: We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. From letterbox parcels for smaller items to fully insured international shipping for larger orders, we strive to provide options that meet your preferences. All shipments come with track and trace capabilities to allow you to monitor the status of your order. Return Policy

At Earth Spirit Botanica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following information regarding our return policy:

For Online Purchases:

 1. Return Period (EU) : We offer a return period of two weeks for all sealed products. This applies to items that are unopened, unused, non-broken, and non-water-damaged, especially for herbs.

2. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their item, both for domestic and international shipments.

3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, you have the option to choose between a gift card for our webshop or a refund.

​

4. Packaging Requirements: When returning items, it is essential to ensure they are properly packed, particularly for crystals. Insufficient packing materials may result in damage during transit, and any broken items upon return will not be eligible for a refund.

For In-Store Purchases:

​

1. Return Period: In our physical shop, we offer an exchange policy within eight days of purchase, provided the items are returned with a receipt. Please note that we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.

2. Product Condition: Oracle decks and herbs must be returned completely sealed to be eligible for exchange.
